This web site exists to study an important component of the U.S. Federal Government
(the Senate), with the intent of finding ways to improve government performance.
Toward this end, an interactive simulation of the Senate has been developed, to help
users understand the existing process, and to stimulate thinking about possible improvements.
Some supporting information about government design and previous reforms is provided,
but is of course trivial compared to what has previously been written.
User input in this effort is solicited, will be accumulated, and will be made available to
permit extensive user interaction. We anticipate development of a forum complex to facilitate
all relevant and respectful input and judgement, both lay and expert.
